Inside Sales Specialist position at Verimatrix is part of the Sales Operations team to support the company by handling the existing business and performing various complex tasks with the aim to achieving the planned sales goal in the region. You will be reporting directly to your Sales Operations Manager for your assigned tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading Inside Sales responsibilities by dealing with day-to-day business activities and different customer requests in the EMEA region.
• Lead role in renewing Maintenance & Support and SaaS Subscription contract for all customer in EMEA region.
• Lead role in invoicing and cash collection for EMEA customers.
• Supporting Sales in closing existing business whenever needed.
• Acting as a point of contact to ensure smooth flow of information between Finance, Sales, Logistic, Legal, Deal Desk, Orders Management and customers.
• Assisting the Sales Operations manager closely in regular day-to-day business activities in your region.
• Preparing regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region.
• Updating and maintaining information in Salesforce related to all customer and partners in the assigned region.
• Work closely with Inside Sales teams from other regions and identify areas of improvement to streamline the processes.
• Other duties may be assigned as per business needs.

• Experience working in a fast-paced Sales environment with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.
• Highly motivated and initiative with hunger to make a difference in the company.
• Written and verbal English language at business level. Russian is a plus
• Experience in Sales Operations is a big plus.
• Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good level in Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to speak in front of stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
