The company also acts as incubator of celebrity driven brands, such as Florence by Mills by Millie Bobby Brown, and acts as distributor for other beauty brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Olaplex, and Eilish by Billie Eilish. Give Back Beauty sells its products in over 130 countries through the best retailers and direct-to-consumer.
Give Back Beauty has separate but synergic divisions:
o Prestige Fashion & Luxury, engaged in licensing and global partnerships with fashion and luxury houses for their beauty brands (mainly fragrances) as Chopard, Elie Saab, Tommy Hilfiger & Zegna;
o Lifestyle, focused on perfume and beauty licensing, distribution, and global partnerships with lifestyle brands, such as Philipp Plein, Iceberg, and Pink Sugar
o Indie &Talents, an innovative beauty brand incubator supporting established and emerging talents and founders to create and develop their brands such as Florence by Mills, by Millie Bobby Brown
o Dolce & Gabbana, an hybrid distribution partnership with Dolce & Gabbana

We are looking for 3 interns as Junior Product Manager Assistant to start in July 2026 at latest, to support the dedicated teams of the following brands:
• Tommy Hilfiger
• Mercedes-Benz / AMG et Elie Saab
• Zegna, Chopard et Philipp Plein
YOUR DEDICATED MISSIONS:
Product development:
• Work closely with the Product Manager to participate to the 360-marketing mix development for 2026 – 2027 plans
• Elaborate briefings of internal and external partners (design agencies, mock up suppliers…)
• Coordinate the product development of new launches (artworks, assets production, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material…) ensuring right timings
• Creative and operational development of brand gifting elements (gift sets, GWP and collaterals)
• Assist with budget tracking and payments
Market trends analysis:
• Monitor competitive market studies: new launches, store check, new trends and innovations analysis
Cross-functional missions:
• Support in the development of brand marketing materials for fashion house, distributors, and retailers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Student from Business School or University ideally with a first experience in marketing development in the fragrance industry
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Passionate and curious about the beauty industry
• Creative, multi-tasker, action and solution-oriented profile
• Rigorous with a strong attention on details
• Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and French
WHAT WE OFFER:
• 1200€ gross/month for internship
• 60% of the daily ticket voucher’s value is paid by the employer (9.48€ per working day)
• 50% of the transportation ticket is paid by the employer as per the law
• Internship (start date: July 2026) based in Paris (Avenue Hoche, Paris 8), a unique role to develop your skills on a luxury fragrance brand part of a human sized group with an entrepreneurial spirit.
